Fade Under Eye Circles With Raw Potato

What to do:
1. Slice 1/4 potato to fit over your eyes.
2. Cut 2 slices or, if you prefer, 5 to 10 very thin slices, several for each eye. Either method works.
3. Refrigerate the slices until they are very cold.
3. Lying down with your eyes closed, place the potato slices on your eyelids and leave in place for a minimum of 20 minutes or as long as you want.

Here are a few lifestyle adjustments to also help under eye circles:

1. Sleep: At least 8 hours of sleep can help reduce under eye puffiness
2. Keep your head elevated at night by adding an extra pillow. This can prevent fluids from building up in your face overnight
3. Drink up! Drinking enough water can help you retain less water. The body retains water in the effort to store it for later use. If you drink enough, the body won't store excess water and this will prevent swelling.
4. Avoiding a lot of salt can help in preventing water retention.

    1. Hi, Urch.
Yes, it works for dark circles and puffiness. Try it out and also the lifestyle adjustments I listed for the next 2 months; then get back to me.

      Good Luck!

    1. Do it daily for at least 2 months to see results or as regularly as your skin can take it.

It's advisable to do this on its own. Mixing natural products and cream on your eye area would be counter-intuitive. This is because the eye area is very delicate.

  4. I won't advise mixing manufactured cream with natural products. I based my previous comment on solely natural things.
