A DIY Carrot and Yoghurt Body Glow

Carrots are known to be good for your eyesight but they're always very good for your skin, giving it a healthy glow and smoothness. When used on the skin, it helps in removing acne and unattractive marks and spots.
And no, it will not turn your skin orange! (I have tested this myself soooo many times). I especially like this body mask as it leaves your skin with a beautiful feel and definitely helps me relax during my stress days.

Got Body Odour? Try These Tips!

Body odour is an unpleasant smell which is perceived when sweat comes in contact with bacteria on your body.
It is usually more prominent in the armpit and genital areas. The degree or severity of body odor is generally determined by genetics and lifestyle, but sometimes it can be caused by disease or psychological conditions.

Here are natural ways you can help fight body odour:

    With Baking Soda
Baking soda is an easy way to absorb moisture and neutralize odor, while reducing bacteria that causes body odor.
    • After shower, dip your fingers in water and then into baking soda and rub on affected areas. There is no need to apply deodorant afterwards.

    With Lemon or Lime Juice

The acid in lemon or lime juice can help kill odor causing bacteria on your body.
    • Cut a lemon or lime into wedges. Apply directly onto the body parts with strong body odor. There may be a tingling feeling when you apply it. As long as it is not painful, the tingling feeling is normal.

    Good luck!

    You might need it! lol

    Have a great week!
