Looking to Lose Some Weight? This Cucumber and Lemon Water Will Do!




This drink does not only cleanse your body, it also helps remove excessive water.

When it comes to weight loss, everyone knows it's 80% diet and 20% exercise. In other words, you can not out-train a bad diet... Sorry :(

Remember, you must ensure that you already follow a fairly healthy/clean diet if you wish to see results with this recipe.



Benefits of the ingredients are:

Cucumber  Acts as a nutritive diuretic

Lemon       Helps regulate pH balance in the body

Ginger      Helps calm down the digestive tract and has been known to fight cancer.

Mint Leaves or Scent Leaf (a.k.a. Efinrin, Nchuanwu)  Is a great aid in food digestion


Ingredients

  • Filtered water             1 litre
  • Cucumber                   1 medium size sliced
  • Lemon                        1 sliced
  • Ginger                         1 grated
  • Mint Leaves /Scent Leaf    A handful or about 11 or 12 leaves

THIS RECIPE YIELDS ROUGHLY 8 GLASSES AND A FRESH ONE SHOULD ME MADE EVERYDAY




Directions

  1. Put ingredients into a clean container.
  2. Pour in the water.
  3. Close container securely.
  4. Put in the refrigerator.
  5. Leave overnight.
  6. Drink a glass of the mixture first thing in the morning
  7. Drink it every 4 hours taking the last glass before bedtime.

You should see results in as little as 4 days.
