An Orange Collagen Boosting Smoothie To Start Your Day




Want the perfect smoothie to get you going in the morning? Or one to get you through tiring periods during the day?
This smoothie is brimming with vitamin C and potassium which will do wonders for your digestive system as well as your skin. It will help boost your skin's collagen production.



Ingredients

  • 1 cup of 100% pure orange juice
  • 3 medium chunks of ripe pineapple
  • 1 ripe banana
(makes two servings)


Directions
  1. Put ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
Tip: Freeze banana and pineapple for an extra refreshing smoothie! ;)


Drinking at least a glass of this everyday will not only keep you feeling spright but also plump up your skin.
