Bad Breath? Try This!



Bad breath can be very embarrassing, especially when going out in public and meeting someone new or going to a job interview. We all have bad breath sometimes, some of us more than others.

Do you suffer from bad breath? Not to worry. The answer lies in your kitchen or medicine cabinet!

Brush Your Teeth
Brushing your teeth is quite obvious, of course but most of us probably do not brush after every single meal. Most of us are not home to brush after every meal. On the days you are home, however, brushing after every meal should be a good habit to get into.
 When you are not home, you can always take a small toothbrush and small tube of toothpaste with you and brush after lunch at work or wherever it is you are during the day. Don't forget to brush your tongue while you're at it because food pieces will stay hidden in the tiny hair-like particles on your tongue and this is one thing that causes bad breath.

The Lemon Juice, Ginger Juice, and Water Gargle
With a glass full of warm water, add one teaspoon each of lemon juice and ginger juice and gargle with it. Gargle with this mixture at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

The Baking Soda Remedy
Baking soda to the rescue again. Baking soda, like vinegar, never ceases to amaze me at the things it can be used for. Just add some baking soda to a glass of water and gargle with it. Two teaspoons of baking soda in a glass of water is the best measurement. You can use the baking soda gargle once a day or twice a day if your breath is really bad.

P.S.  If you don't have baking soda, just buy sodium bicarbonate from your nearest pharmacy.
